We are a quartz and sintered stone worktop fabricator and are sourcing 400 mm diamond bridge saw blades. We are reviewing suppliers for both quartz/engineered stone blades and Dekton / ultra-compact surface blades.

1. RFQ – Quartz / Engineered Stone Blade

Diameter: 400 mm (16 inch)

Segment Height: 20–26 mm

Segment Type: Segmented or continuous rim suitable for quartz

Bore / Arbor: 60 mm centre bore with B&D peg holes

Core: Silent or dampened steel core preferred

Bond: Medium–hard bond suitable for quartz

Cutting Type: Wet cutting only

Machine Power: 15–18 HP bridge saw

Life Expectation: Approx. 800 linear metres cutting 20 mm quartz

Certification: CE / UKCA if available

2. RFQ – Dekton / Ultra-Compact Surface Blade

Diameter: 400 mm (16 inch)

Segment Height: 10–15 mm

Segment Type: Segmented blade for ultra-compact materials

Bore / Arbor: 60 mm centre bore with B&D peg holes

Core: Silent or dampened steel core preferred

Bond: Soft–medium bond for ultra-hard UCS materials

Cutting Type: Wet cutting only

Machine Power: 15–18 HP bridge saw

Certification: CE / UKCA if available
